Roger Ebert just died due to a cancer recurrence (R.I.P. 6/18/1942-4/4/2013) but I thought I might be able to console you by telling you hes in heaven with Gene Siskel now and I have an announcement to make, Im using WfW 3.11 to clone Windows 95/98! (I planned a WinMe version, but I cancelled it because I couldnt recreate any of the features.)
(WARNING: Everything in this OS is blatantly and supposed to be ripped off from
Windows 9x so Lots of Credit goes to Microsoft. NEVER SELL THIS OS EVER. �Microsoft Corporation 1993-2013)
Since I cloned an OS (not a breakthrough), Ill count it as one of my Impossible Projects.

Here are the Minimum System Requirements for each OS:
Windows 95/98 16-BE:
CPU: Intel 386 (or compatible)
RAM: 4MB
HDD: 50MB free
VIDEO: 640x480, 16 Colors

Note that if you plan on using Win9x apps on there (which will hopefully be compatible with Win32s or be available in older versions for Win3.x, but very very few work with Win32s.) please keep virtual memory on as Win32s requires it and I imagine that you have only 4MB ram and that this Win9x app will require more RAM than that.
UPDATE: Got it running on my iPad! Found a weird Macintosh tip in the Calmira Tips. UPDATE 2: 15 apps running at the same time, Hows THAT for 16-Bit Cooperative Multitasking?
