Hello everyone so, i bought this game several days ago (12122017) to be able to play to this gem but, i cannot launch the game i press the play button, and it says i am playing gta 5 for a few seconds then stops nothing launched, not even social club so, i have tried to do the following: restart steam/pc multiple times set gta v to run as admin turn off anti-virus and firewall verify.

Gta iv won't launch after social club hello all the fix for this is to install games for windows live it updates a file called xlivedll which is what is causing the game to not start if you go to the steamapps folder where gta iv is installed and try to run gtaivexe, it will complain about xlivedll after you update or install games for windows live, you will be able to then play the game. Starting 03/19/2020, grand theft auto iv: complete edition will replace both grand theft auto iv and grand theft auto: episodes from liberty city wherever it is currently digitally available. grand theft auto iv: complete edition will as also be available via the rockstar games launcher..
