Hey so this thread is based on the fact that loads of old gta iv players cannot start the game ever since the new update that came out on november 30th, 2016 this is because you most likely have "♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥dll" or "dsounddll" in your gta iv directory, in order to run the asi scripts you've installed (simple native trainer, lcpdfr, els, etc) the solution is simple.
